Originally written as one of Doorstep Productions' very first shows, The Robin Hood Trilogy Special Edition is made up of 4 seperate shows; Robin Hood: The Untold Story (1993), Robin Hood 2: THe Sheriff Strikes Back (1994), Robin Hood 3: The Third One (1995) and Robin Hood 4: Flogging a Dead Horse (2000). The show was performed as a quadrilogy for the first time in 2000 under the Comic Genius Productions banner to critical and audience acclaim at the Geelong Performing Arts Centre. 

 

The cast included Ian Nash-Gilchrist, Ed Dolista, Rachel Crossthwaite, Brad Beales, Reyna Hudgell, Ross Pearce, Paul Friend, Adam Dibiase, Sascha Keet, Louisa Graham, Chris Hudgell, Sally Smith, Scott Warren, Kate Hehir, Joe Lambert, Enzo Ramondo, Darell Nash and Bob Gilchrist.
